To join, simply download the HAPPI mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, select your preferred membership, fill in your details, make payment, and you're in!

What are HAPPIcoin?

HAPPIcoin can be earned through the purchase or renewal of your HAPPI Membership. Each membership or product plan offers a different amount of HAPPIcoin. You can also earn more by referring friends and family to HAPPI.

Do HAPPIcoin expire?

Yes, HAPPIcoin are valid for redemption for up to one (1) year from the date they are issued, unless stated otherwise.

Can I redeem my HAPPIcoin for cash?

No, HAPPIcoin are not exchangeable for cash. They are exclusively redeemable for items or services through our approved merchant partners.

What is the Personal Cyber Insurance (PCI) policy?

The PCI policy protects you against financial and material losses caused by unexpected cyber threats.

What events are covered by the PCI policy?

Coverage includes incidents like electronic fund transfer fraud, online shopping scams and non-delivery, identity theft, cyberbullying and loss or damage of online purchases.

What is the coverage period for the PCI policy?

The policy provides one (1) year of coverage and must be renewed yearly to stay protected.

Who is eligible to purchase this insurance?

Anyone aged 18 and above who is Malaysian citizen. Non-citizens require special approval before purchasing.

Can I purchase more than one PCI policy?

No, individuals are allowed to hold only one Personal Cyber Insurance policy at a time​.

What is the Home Content Insurance policy?

The Home Contents Insurance policy provides financial protection against loss or damage to the items inside your home due to insured events such as fire, theft, natural disasters, and other specified risks. It helps you recover the cost of damaged or stolen household belongings based on the coverage plan you choose.

What are the events covered under the Home Contents Insurance policy?

The policy covers loss or damage to your home contents caused by various perils such as fire, lightning, explosion, impact from vehicles or animals, burst water tanks, natural disasters (earthquake, hurricane, flood), theft involving forcible entry, vandalism, falling trees, riot, and accidental damage. However, certain exclusions, conditions, and deductibles apply depending on the situation.

Is cruise travel covered under Travel Insurance?

What is Auto Insurance?

Auto insurance provides financial protection for your vehicle against accidental damage, theft, fire, and third-party liabilities, subject to the policy terms.

What does the plan cover?

Both plans include basic protection for damage to your car and third-party liability.

What incidents are typically covered?

Coverage includes accidents, fire, explosion, theft, malicious acts, impact damage, windscreen breakage, and incidents while in transit. Terms apply.

What is not covered under the policy?

Common exclusions include loss of use, wear and tear, mechanical failure, consequential losses, convulsions of nature, and loss of electronic data. Please refer to the policy for the complete list.

What happens if the car is declared Beyond Economic Repair (BER)?

If your car is not economical to repair or is stolen and not recovered, the insurer may pay the market value or sum insured, whichever is lower. The policy will terminate once payment is made.

What is Betterment?

If new original parts are used for repairs, and your car is improved as a result, you may need to contribute based on your car’s age. The rate ranges from 0% (for cars less than 5 years old) up to 40% (for cars 10 years or older).

What is Compulsory Excess?

An extra RM400 may be deducted if the driver is under 21, holds a provisional/learner license, or is not named in policy. This is in addition to the standard excess unless exceptions apply.

What is the Market Valuation System?

The Market Value of your car is based on the ISM valuation at the time of loss. This helps avoid under-insurance and disputes over claim amounts.
