We offer various membership plans. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are available on our website.
Membership are billed annually based on the selected plan. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. However, HAPPI and its payment service providers do not guarantee that information submitted online will always be secure or immune from interception by third parties. HAPPI does not assumes no liability for any unauthorized access, hacking, or other breaches of information submitted by users.
Refund policies differ by plan. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete terms and conditions.
HAPPI reserves the right to modify membership plans and pricing at any time. Any changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure your internet connection is secure to avoid any unauthorized access or hacking attempts.
HAPPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. No refund will be issued for any unused subscription period in such cases.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activities, distributing malware, or using the account in any way that disrupts our system, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to Malaysia law and any other relevant laws) in connection with your use of the Service.

Procedures for filing and processing claims are outlined on our website. Please refer to our Claim Policy for full details.
HAPPI may revise the insurance policy terms as required by law or based on business needs. In the event of any change, we will notify you. If you do not agree with the changes, you must inform us in writing within 7 days. You will have the option to terminate your membership.
If you choose to cancel your membership after a policy change, please note that any unused months will not be refunded.
Example for clarification:
If your membership is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 and you receive a notification of change on 1 August 2025, and respond with a non-acceptance, your membership will be terminated, and no refund will be issued for the remaining period from 2 August to 31 December 2025.
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior consent from users. The most current version will be published on our platform and shall take immediate effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. No refunds will be issued for any remaining membership period due to changes in the Terms.
By registering for or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
