1. Introduction
Welcome to HAPPI ("we","us", or"our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our digital membership platform and services (the "Services"). By accessing or subscribing to our Service, you agree to these Terms.
Please note that these Terms may be updated periodically at our sole discretion without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest version of the Terms, which can be identified by the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of our Site or Service constitutes your agreement to the current Terms, including any updates made from time to time.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your access and usage of the Site.
2. Membership Plans
2.1 Membership Plans:
We offer various membership plans. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are available on our website.
2.2 Billing:
Membership are billed annually based on the selected plan. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. However, HAPPI and its payment service providers do not guarantee that information submitted online will always be secure or immune from interception by third parties. HAPPI does not assumes no liability for any unauthorized access, hacking, or other breaches of information submitted by users.
2.3 Refund:
Refund policies differ by plan. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete terms and conditions.
2.4 Changes to Membership Plans:
HAPPI reserves the right to modify membership plans and pricing at any time. Any changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration:
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
3.2 Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure your internet connection is secure to avoid any unauthorized access or hacking attempts.
3.3 Account Termination:
HAPPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. No refund will be issued for any unused subscription period in such cases.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
4.2 Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activities, distributing malware, or using the account in any way that disrupts our system, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
4.3 Compliance:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to Malaysia law and any other relevant laws) in connection with your use of the Service.
5. Insurance Policies
5.1 Coverage:
Details of insurance coverage, exclusions, and limitations are provided in the respective policy Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Claims:
Procedures for filing and processing claims are outlined on our website. Please refer to our Claim Policy for full details.
5.3 Policy Changes:
HAPPI may revise the insurance policy terms as required by law or based on business needs. In the event of any change, we will notify you. If you do not agree with the changes, you must inform us in writing within 7 days. You will have the option to terminate your membership.
If you choose to cancel your membership after a policy change, please note that any unused months will not be refunded.
Example for clarification:
If your membership is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 and you receive a notification of change on 1 August 2025, and respond with a non-acceptance, your membership will be terminated, and no refund will be issued for the remaining period from 2 August to 31 December 2025.
6. HAPPIcoin
6.1 Eligibility:
- HAPPIcoin are available to all registered members of HAPPI.
- Members must maintain an active account to earn HAPPIcoin.
6.2 Earning HAPPIcoin:
- HAPPIcoin can be earned through the purchase or renewal of your HAPPI Membership. Each membership or product plan offers a different amount of HAPPIcoin. You can also earn more by referring friends and family to HAPPI. Additional HAPPIcoin may be awarded through promotions or campaigns announced by HAPPI.
- HAPPIcoin may be adjusted or revoked in the case of refunds, cancellations, or other qualifying events.
- Members can view their HAPPIcoins in their HAPPI profile dashboard.
6.3 HAPPIcoins Redemption:
- HAPPIcoin can be redeemed for rewards via multiple channels, including but not limited to:
i. Online Redemption – digital vouchers or service codes via the HAPPI platform.
ii. Offline Redemption – in-person redemptions at participating merchants.
iii. Any other approved redemption channels introduced by HAPPI from time to time. - Each merchant or service partner may have specific terms and conditions for HAPPIcoin redemption.
Please refer to the respective pages for more information. - HAPPIcoin must be used within one (1) year from the date of earning, after which they will expire.
- HAPPIcoin cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstance.
- Redemption is only available to logged-in users with an active HAPPI membership.

6.4 Limitations and Restrictions:
- Redemption is subject to reward availability and merchant conditions.
- Some promotions may include extra limitations, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
6.5 Modification and Termination:
- HAPPI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the HAPPIcoin program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- In the event of program termination, any unused HAPPIcoin will be forfeited and shall not be redeemable for any form of compensation.
- Any major changes affecting coin value, redemption rules, or eligibility will be communicated via official channels, including email or announcements on the HAPPI platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our platform, including trademarks, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of HAPPI or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAPPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HAPPI harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or any infringement of rights or laws of Malaysia or other jurisdications.
10. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior consent from users. The most current version will be published on our platform and shall take immediate effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. No refunds will be issued for any remaining membership period due to changes in the Terms.

By registering for or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
